In Class Activity

  1. Review In Class Activities at the University of Waterloo in Canada.
  2. Review the tool options at the American Association for School Librarians Best Websites for Teaching and Learning
  3. Open an account at HACKPAD
  4. Choose an in class activity and a tool option (either from the AASL list or another you are familiar with) and detail out instructions for your chosen in class activity. Be sure that STUDENTS are doing the work!
  5. Embed your Hackpad on the IN CLASS page for your Weebly

Case Study Activity

6. Open the file to the right
2. Read through the case study
3. As your read, consider these three questions;
  • What are 2 ideas you took from reading this case study?
  • How do these ideas relate to what you have observed in your own professional practice?
  • Pick 1 intriguing quote from the case study. Why do you find it intriguing?
4. Go to your blog page and create 1 post -  call it: Case Study Reflection. Add your answers to these three questions.
5. Visit A Technology-Enhanced Celebration of Learning

6. Look at your chosen topic. Which assessment fits best with your plan? Select one and add it to your After Class page to be fleshed out later
